Document manager overview
A document is a Proposal, Invoice, Change Order, Letter or
Certification
As with all of our programs you click rather than type.
Click the Proposal icon
to copy your price from Job Cost
Click the Invoice icon
to add Proposal to Change Order prices
Click the Blue
buttons to create new documents
Click any of the View
buttons to open saved documents
The blue check
marks
are to let you your document has been printed and saved
Move your mouse over any cell to get pop-up information on it's
contents or purpose
Drag the Document Window anywhere on the screen or click the
button to make it invisible (Hidden)
