Document manager overview

A document is a Proposal, Invoice, Change Order, Letter or Certification As with all of our programs you click rather than type.
Add from job cost icon Click the Proposal icon Add from Job Cost to copy your price from Job Cost
Click the Invoice icon Add Job Cost and change order to add Proposal to Change Order prices
Create documents Click the Blue Create documents buttons to create new documents
View documents Click any of the View View documents buttons to open saved documents
Check mark The blue check Check marks are to let you your document has been printed and saved
Move your mouse over any cell to get pop-up information on it’s contents or purpose
Hide document manager dialog Drag the Document Window anywhere on the screen or click the Exit Button button to make it invisible (Hidden)
