Document manager overview

A document is a Proposal, Invoice, Change Order, Letter or Certification As with all of our programs you click rather than type.
Proposal icon Add from Job Cost to copy your price from Job Cost
Invoice icon Add Job Cost and change order to add Proposal to Change Order prices
Blue Create documents buttons to create new documents
Click any of the View View documents buttons to open saved documents
The blue check Check marks are to let you your document has been printed and saved
Move your mouse over any cell to get pop-up information on it’s contents or purpose
Drag the Document Window anywhere on the screen or click the Exit Button button to make it invisible (Hidden)
